1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Wholesale, custom or made-to-order items may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic Shipping: 5 to 7 business days

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS & FedEx, and tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
  • If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at salvagesistasshop@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
  • We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items and offer a replacement or refund.
